At Molta (molta.top), we are committed to providing safe, durable, and enjoyable products for your dogs. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not fully meet your expectations, so this Return and Refund Policy explains how you can request returns, refunds, or replacements.

1. General Return Conditions

This policy applies to all products purchased directly from molta.top. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, clean, and in resellable condition.

  • The original packaging and tags are intact.

  • You provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Dog beds or toys that have been used.

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized products.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective product, or an incorrect item compared to your order, please contact service@molta.top within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number, photos, and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Return Process

  • Email service@molta.top with your order details and reason for return.

  • Wait for authorization before sending any items back.

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to Molta’s mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we cover return shipping.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (such as change of mind or wrong size ordered), the customer must cover the return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want another product, please return the original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order.

9. Restocking Policy

Returned products that show wear, stains, odors, or missing parts may be subject to partial refunds or may be rejected. Molta reserves the right to apply restocking fees in such cases.

10. Warranty Coverage

Most Molta products include a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by pets chewing beyond normal expectations.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

12. International Returns

International customers may return eligible products, but are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and import taxes.

13. Lost Return Packages

Molta is not responsible for returns lost during transit. Customers are advised to use trackable shipping services and keep proof of postage.

14. Refund Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased. We do not refund shipping fees, duties, or taxes.

15. Fraud and Abuse Monitoring

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if fraudulent, abusive, or excessive return activity is detected.
